      no pros, they gaslight you. they overburden you with too much work and are not even kind about it, everyone lives on urgency here and they contact you 500 times a day

      Cons

      they micromanage you every single day. dont work here for the sake of your mental health. the management is horrible.

      Pros

      The company is pretty chill and understanding, as an intern I'm actually given work to learn and not just for the sake of it. Daily training sessions are provided and the people have been great.

      Exposure to multiple industries, fun team, calm CEO (great mentor) friendly atmosphere, helpful team members

      Cons

      Out of the 3 people in the management, it's surprising that the CEO was the most understanding, the rest just raise their hands in case of an emergency or a situation where help is needed, no accountability taken in case of mistakes but apologies are always expected
