Healthy atmosphere and very understanding.

Nothing I can think of

The students are really nice and dedicated to their crafts. There are a few nice and sincere employees. I was lucky to hard worked closely with who I was with.

Interdepartmental communication is horrible, there is no help when you need it. There are no set policies and procedures, which causes inconsistencies throughout our department and the departments we directly worked with. There was no proper orientation or training and no one really let me jnow if I was doing a good job or not. Most days I just winged it. I really have to follow-up and chase down basic answers. There very updated and manually system added to the poor communication and mess work. No one is really held accoutable for their actions and because of this our department was tasked with fixing problems that had nothing to do with our departments function. Management makes very little effort to create a pleasant work environment. The departments are very compartmentalized, making the environment very cold.
