Family oriented company. Steady job. All employees have been working there for over 3-5 years. The employees are friendly and so is the owner.
Cons
Management in this team had no direction, no training, no support, and no employee encouragement. Management was not interested in helping, or further developing your knowledge of the company and role. No room for growth. There is no basic department structure nor guidelines. Not up to date with industry trends.
