Not the best - Designer Studio One Eleven Employee Review

Atmosphere in this office is so friendly and excepting and inspiring. They take commercial projects like Ralph's in order to create more pro bono work and affordable housing projects which I think is a really great balance in order to help the neighborhood. A lot of their work is in Long Beach to better the community and they also focus on presevation

The people aren't as nicley diverse as I would like it to be but they are definitely making an effort in that department

It’s a creative place with a good team vibe, especially around urban design. Most coworkers are supportive and easy to work with. If you’re proactive, you can learn a lot and grow fast.

High turnover, reactive leadership and inconsistent operations lead to confusion, while genuine mentorship and support are often lacking.
