Pros
Working at Studio Mosaic has been incredibly fulfilling as a professional. The team is extremely understanding and the brainstorming sessions always add a perspective and help you get better each time. The managers are quite flexible, you own your work end to end which I think is incredible.
Cons
I think the volatile environment of work might be a tad bit taxing but its something that can be worked upon.
