1. Rohit Khaitan (CEO) mentally and emotionally harasses his employees. 2. The salary is never paid on time. Sometimes money is deducted for no reason at all. Hardly expect your full salary to be credited. 3. All decisions are made based on Rohit Khaitan's mood. All policies are for taking advantage of and harassing the employees. 4. HR is not allowed to make any decisions or start any initiatives for employee benefit because even though she tried the CEO would never approve. 5. There are policies such as: you can't talk to other employees, you cannot eat lunch with other employees. 6. You CANNOT TAKE A LEAVE. If you do you will be called and screamed at. 7. The CEO doesn't want to give employees appointment letters. 8. Employees come and leave within days because of the toxic environment. 9. Full and Final payment of the people who leave is never made. They keep following up and the CEO just disregards their emails and calls. 10. Rohit Khaitan is the biggest Fraud. He goes around and calls everyone who leaves his firm a fraud. However, he is the biggest scammer. He has hardly/none funds to run this company. The list of cons can continue. However, I would never recommend anyone to join this company. Save yourself from the toxicity and harrasment.
