Pros
Cool/Interesting projects honing strong design aesthetics and ideas. Occasional dinners if you are working late.
Cons
Management is horrific and you will be working all hours of the day and night. No work life/balance here or ability for career growth. The turn over rate being extremely high should of been a red flag and a cue to leave earlier. Very disorganized. I would not waste my time here.
