      - Small but incredible team who have so much fun working together - Work/life balance is highly valued (a rarity in the fashion industry!) - All employees are treated with respect - Opportunity to grow with the business - Flexible working hours - Sustainability and ethical practices are at the core of the brand - Genuinely lovely product

      Pros

      Studio Amelia has by far been the greatest company I've worked for. Founder is very talented and an amazing employer. She values everyone's opinions and allows us to work very flexibly. The team is also very respectful of each other and we all get along really well.
