- overtime & unbalanced work hours; some days you mostly do nothing, and then get given work last-minute - not much opportunity to grow creatively within internship

Fun co-workers, learned a lot, projects are nice.

2 years bond, vague contract, unprofessional. No benefits, quota pay system, no ot pay, NO WORK LIFE BALANCE, little to no opportunities for scaling up, works the artists to the bone with minimal compensation.
