      Great projects. That is the only pro.

      Cons

      - Now that the better Principal left, what is this company going to do? Kellie doesn’t even have any design education. She also has no clue what type of people to hire. She is never in office and can’t imagine her doing the grunt work that Stacy did without worrying about her shoes and nails!

      Pros

      One thing Studio 11 did right was that management would always make sure to recognize those working hardest and make sure they felt appreciated and valued for the work they did.

      Cons

      The opportunities for upward mobility were, unfortunately, limited.
