The best part of working at Studeo is the team. Everyone is very casual, with awesome senses of humor balanced by an incredible work ethic.
Cons
While the people are great, the room for growth is limited. There's a very hierarchical structure for promotions, but it's fair and well-deserved. On the other hand, Studeo's small roster of clients doesn't provide enough opportunities for growth within the company. Being limited to one account also hinders personal growth, specifically because Studeo's main client isn't breaking any new ground in terms of advertising. It's disappointing to be in such a creative industry with little room for creativity.
