- they work with you to create a schedule - they are very understanding - they answer any and all questions you may have

- small business and few employees but they are growing

Small, have a lot of responsibilities, able to interact with all parts of the company

You are micromanaged, not enough leadership, the leader of the company makes inappropriate comments and tends to be unprofessional. Does not "lead" the company, instead micromanages. Every employee is not treated equally. Leader of the company is condescending when he does not agree with an employee's idea/opinion/suggestion. There is absolutely no room to grow in this company. When I started there were 7 employees and when I left there were 4. The company has been a "start-up" since 2008, it should have gotten off the ground by now.
