Leadership constantly dictates tasks that are often assigned without any concrete timelines, making it difficult to gauge the urgency and importance of each assignment. One-off projects frequently disrupt the current workload, forcing the team to drop everything and focus on something new, only for that to change again shortly after. Employers that are not in leadership roles are viewed as replaceable, and there is no respect for boundaries of expertise.
