Student U’s mission is inspiring and the leadership staff are supportive and empowering. An organization like this one would have made a big difference for me and my family when I was in grade school.

There is a lot of work to be done in the area of equity in education, which can be overwhelming at times.

They are dedicated to the mission of serving youth in the community. I was only a temporary position, but it was evident in the time there how invested they were in their mission. Staff rapport was high, and there was such a great support system. Every one gets a mentor and is poured into. The people there are so welcoming, warm, and accepting. It's truly like being part of a big family. It's no joke!

Low pay, but again, I was just a temporary position, so it could be different for full-time, year-round staff
