Cons
- Hostile, unempathetic culture from senior leadership - "sink or swim" mentality - No proper training, onboarding, or education is given to new hires. You are expected to deliver immediately without much support. - Management severely lacks leadership skills and qualities. People with leadership qualities are not recognized. - High turnover. Good people generally leave within 12 months. - Poor product quality - the App and website are very unstable and clients are generally unhappy about missing features or functionalities - Poor structure - many employees are not very clear on their roles and therefore aren't held accountable when issues arise - Internal "product" folks don't actually know the the product due to lack of training
