Awful - Anonymous employee Student Price Card Employee Review

Most of the people who work here are genuinely lovely people. Very kind and passionate about what they do.

This place is a ticking time bomb. They are so disorganized, understaffed and really do not care about their employees. Each employee is doing the work of 3 and the pay does not reflect that. They preach “work life balance” but it is non-existent. People are online in the middle of the night, weekends, holidays and on their days off. You never feel truly off work. They appease their employees with fake promises of promotions and raises that will never come. And when those people inevitably quit they don’t replace them… just pass their work along to the people who remain. We are all burnt out. Lunches and 10% off at H&M won’t fix this.

Laid back schedule - summer Fridays

Cold office - for a small company they need to figure out how to retain good talent. Lied about compensation.
