Leaders care deeply about their staff and seek to develop them holistically. All around love it, could not ask for a better team of people to serve with or a more purposeful mission to live for!

Ministry can be emotionally demanding as you carry people’s burdens often and are burdened for people to come to know and grow in Christ.
