Pros

The weekly DoorDash credits were the best part about this job.

Cons

Don't waste your time here unless you need something temporary. I'm not one to write reviews, but my experience (along with most people I worked with) was so bad. Management is a joke. For starters, StubHub’s turnover rate is embarrassing, and the constant micro-managing of metrics is incredibly toxic. No matter how much you care and how hard you work, if you aren’t meeting all of the metrics (which is pretty unrealistic), you’re worthless to them. They always talk big game about the potential to promote, the fun culture, etc. as they know this is the only way to retain anyone. They do not care about their employees or their many paying customers, and I mean that sincerely. People either quit or are fired left & right despite the insane volume of communications and workload they cannot keep up with. The rate at which they fire people for the no reason and push people to quit demonstrates the severe incompetency of management. Voicing one’s opinions or concerns is useless. Overall, this is the most inefficient and unsustainable business model I’ve ever experienced. Working for this company was a hilarious experience.

Pros

Absolutely nothing- couldn’t recommend not working for a company more than here.

Cons

overall the experience was very inconsistent and frustrating. Management tends to pick favorites, and policy enforcement is selective rather than fair. Some employees are held strictly accountable while others receive warnings for similar situations, which creates a lack of trust in leadership and contributes to high turnover and loss of strong performers. HR decisions can feel abrupt and, in some cases, extreme, including situations where serious accusations were made without proper verification or follow-up. There is also no sick pay, and attendance is tracked through a strict points system that feels punitive and unclear, with termination happening once a threshold is reached. Overall leadership often lacks alignment, and agents are frequently blamed when issues are escalated. Even long tenure is treated as unusual rather than standard, which says a lot about the culture.
