Pros
A very tight-knit family environment. Very supportive and flexible in terms of scheduline needs. Because it is a smaller establishment, you have the ability to shadow in many different areas of th process and have a lot of room to grow and develop your skills.
Cons
Because it is a smaller company, the likelihood of getting someone to "cover" a shift for you is pretty nonexistent. Parking can be a little tricky.
