Pros

Generally most people are great to work with. It is extremely busy and hectic if you like that sort of environment.

Cons

My job started of great, I really enjoyed working there in the beginning but that soon changed. Literally people would be let go, fired or quit almost every 2 to 4 weeks! It was insane I have never worked anywhere like that. The main issue is too many chefs - the directors all think they know what is best for the company but from working there I witnessed them make the biggest mistakes which lead to a lot of people losing their jobs - a very unfair environment. You will be worked very hard without praise or notice but most people are lovely to work with so you are all in it together. I can not stress this enough but no one will tell you anything that is important. The departments are very divided and it is everyone for themselves, I was often left in the dark with very limited information. There is ALOT of office politics, so and so doesn't speak to that person or you are not allowed to speak to this person because of this etc etc, again it was a bit insane at times. The directors seriously did not know what was happening in their own company or how it was running and they would make so many bad decisions which would cost people their jobs.

Pros

flexible with wfh but that is is.

Cons

Probably the most toxic company I have ever worked for!!!! There is a group of people who have been there 10+ years and they care only about themselves and how they look to the directors so dont expect to be given credit for your own work, they will take it. The directors use intimidation as a way of making people do work, there is no understanding and you can be assured they will throw you under the bus if they didn't like you. Staff that have been there for so long always complain and roll their eyes at the directors when it seems they have picked up their horrible ways through so many years of working there. No one believes in progression, they dont want to train you up and would rather people leave than have to push them to be better as it takes up too much of their time. They need to go on managerial training! No check ins, no progression plans, no goals to hit so you can count that out if you are looking for that in this role as they don't care about you. They will give you a slight step up in your role with the statement 'its only for a few months' as it will benefit them and their workload instead of actually training you up. You will go back to where you started or worse when that time is up People have been victimised until they either leave or let go of. The revolving door is never ending of people who the director decides he doesn't like.

Pros

Owners were nice from the small interactions I had, Design team were nice when I worked with them for samples etc

Cons

Not the most warming/friendly bunch of people in fashion account team, don't do much to make you feel overly welcome. A bit awkward but not horrible just nothing special
