      Cons

      Management wasn't helpful in giving support. Every time Support was asked for I was given the instructions to build better relationships in the workplace. No guidance was offered. Instead of the management team helping me learn I was asked to learn different tasks from my team.

      Nice location in Montclair, NJ.

      Cons

      Search for Security Validation in Glassdoor for the reviews. Stryker MSP or whatever they are calling it is really that company. You may have to search their old office location of Fairfield, NJ. In short, do not accept a position at this company. No matter what salary they are offering!!!!
