      Some of the staff are great people. And I wish the best for them. The shipping department is run by a great person.

      Cons

      Micro management, nepotism, untrusting environment, stuck in the 80s and 90s management and company styles. They need to stop living in the past.

      Pros

      I and most of the employees at Stryka have been here many years. The management is bright, intelligent, and very creative. The company is built on quality products and integrity. Management has a long history of promoting employees from within. Thats how I became so successful here. I will not work anywhere else

      Cons

      I wish I had more time to visit the customer accounts I handle.
