      They will hire anybody from the street. without training or techician certification or diploma

      Cons

      They pay piecework. No overtime. No vacations. No sick days. No medical insurance. This is like working for Fidel in Cuba but born in another place

      flexible work schedule, Vacation time,

      Cons

      The General Manger has no field experience and doesn't understand that people can only accomplish so much work in a day. When documents are needed for there is no sense of urgency and lack of motivation. There is no praise for getting work completed in a timely manner. There is no professionalism. Broken promises.
