      The General Manger has no field experience and doesn't understand that people can only accomplish so much work in a day. When documents are needed for there is no sense of urgency and lack of motivation. There is no praise for getting work completed in a timely manner. There is no professionalism. Broken promises.

      Pros

      If you are driven and can shine above the rest and get in good with the management you will definitely have potential to move up in the company.

      Cons

      If you do not get in good with management then your life can become hell very quickly. The squeaky wheel gets the oil to a certain extent.
