Pros

Work environment was laid back and not much got done most days so no real pressure to perform.

Cons

Benefits sucked, upper management are a group of misogynistic millennials who care less about support or morals, almost all of our clients were pissed about the way the spoftware functioned and they way they are treated, Overall toxic work environment and Noah was not involved with most of it so I can even support the CEO.

Pros

People are friendly, good work life balance. Good management. Company has a solid business model with good and steady revenue.

Cons

No major cons I can think of. Only thing I can think of is limited career development after you reach a certain level but this is true for virtually all small to mid sized companies such as this one so not really a con.

Pros

Everyone is friendly, outgoing and pleasant to work with! I've come from super long hours and expected weekend work, to a company that emphasizes work - life balance. Everyone is like family to me, we work hard, and we also play hard! We have company events, trips and celebrations. This allows everyone from the different departments to mingle, play games and get to know each other. Outside of the work environment, I've worked out with them, played games with them and even gone on trips. If you're interested in fun and exciting challenges, then this is the place to go as the company is always pushing forward with new ideas and innovating systems for the future. The company has set goals, and steps needed to achieve them, rather than being reactive to issues, we try to be proactive and stop them from occurring in the first place. Ample time is giving for R&D on any project, and if potential issues are uncovered, we address them as needed. Technical Support pulls double duty in uncovering issues our member might find as well as providing feedback based on how systems are expected to work, which create a solid foundation before our members see it. Communication between the departments is key, and the company has it handled. The code base has matured nicely and like any that has been handled for 10+ years, it can be daunting and exhilarating to uncover each system and its internal connection with the rest of the project.

Cons

Although I don't see it as a con, you cannot allow yourself to stagnate and be closed to new ideas or requests for change. There isn't anything else that I could see someone thinking of as a con whilst working for the company.
