The company is growing fast, which brings a lot of opportunity for those who are proactive. Coworkers are collaborative, driven, and supportive. The executive team is experienced, approachable, and clearly invested in the long-term success of the company. Culture at the top is strong, and leadership communicates well and sets a clear vision.
Cons
Middle management is a major weakness. It’s inconsistent and, frankly, all over the place. Some managers are completely hands-off and disengaged, others micromanage to the extreme, and many are just not equipped to lead. There's a noticeable gap between executive leadership and day-to-day management, and it’s affecting alignment, morale, and execution across teams.
