Cons
1. It's a family business, so they can do things in whichever way they want. 2. No compensation/ no employee benefits/ no company group insurance 3. The only "benefit" is you can buy their furniture for 25% off (on sale items not included)- WHO CARE 4. Middle of nowhere, ready to spend more than 2.5 hours on commuting everyday
