      Pros

      I love the flexibility and work-life balance that the company offers. Having a hybrid work option between work from home and the office works well with most people. The culture is good and always improving which is nice

      Cons

      With the ever changing demand for housing construction, albeit out of our control, does leave some uncertainty on future needs of the company. I wouldn't say that compensation is low at the company but it wouldn't be considered high.

      Good opportunity to get involved early on in career with projects due to small nature of NSW office
