      - Challenging problems can result in longer than normal workdays - High expectations from management, so be prepared to learn from failure

      Company very intentional with how they teach and what work they have me do. Allowing me to actually work on projects that truly affect the company.

      Cons

      High expectations for their workers. Which arguably isn’t a con, but some people may see it as that.

      Pros

      Leadership likes to spend money on employee events because they don't know how to lead. The benefits are pretty good though, they pay for them.

      Cons

      Everything else. Culture isn't great aside from the employee events. Leadership will scream at you on any given day.
