When I first started at Strongco and I saw my first pay cheque I was soooo happy cuz I came from a minimum wage salary, so Strongco's paycheque made me so happy and it gave me a boost to feel Im worth it and I have a value, from Strongco I got my first house and a nice car and everything, yes the company had some up & down but they never fall down, they are still running !! They never forced anyone to work there !! ?? Everyone worked on their own interest, so who ever is complaining why they didnt left the job to look for a better one?? At Strongco the experience I got with that now I am working in a great place and Strongco will always remain in a special corner of my heart !! People say Strongco wont give you promotion, I didnt know anyone from management but they promoted me !! with that experience today Im doing a great job in a different place !!

Hey Listen....everyone complain about Strongco's management !! I worked there and I know the management did their best to keep the business running !! those management people didnt claimed to their position in a day, they have experience and got their job cuz they deserved it !! Stop blaming other people and believe me you'll be happy !! In Canada there is millions of jobs and if you are not happy then try somewhere else ???? (Pretty Simple)... Yes yes yes !! now you're gonna say there are no jobs !! listen....now if you wanna be an Astronaut then yes you wont get that job but......if you really wanna go high.....climb your ladder smartly !! Canada is a land of opportunity and its in you to grab it !!
