      Pros

      Strongbridge is a great consulting firm with federal contracts .I have met some of the nicest people in my career and have great experiences working here .I had supportive management which made me feel included and welcome.

      Cons

      Dependent on few key contracts ,unable to grow business strategically .Oppurtunities can be restricted in terms of personal growth or job transitions .

      Strong leadership team, good past performance with government agencies, diverse employee base

      Can't really think of any other than we were forced to shut down the office during the pandemic
