Hi there, I understand this comes from a place of hurt, and I’m truly sorry you’re feeling this way. To clarify, I stepped into the CPO role in January 2025, though I’ve been supporting StrongMind in many different ways for many, many years. When I took on this role, I made the decision to close my personal business in order to fully dedicate myself to StrongMind’s mission and to the wellbeing of our teams. The recent 5-star reviews are a reflection of the changes we’ve been working hard to implement and we are grateful that some team members have taken the time to share their positive experiences. I understand that change can bring questions and that not everyone may feel the impact of that change right away. But I want you to know that my focus is on listening, improving transparency, and helping build a stronger, more supportive working environment from the inside out. And StrongMind is not shutting down. We are continuing to serve students, families, and educators for years to come. I am always open to having a real face to face conversation if you’d like to talk.
