The management is too caught up in their personal lives to focus on actual work. When work was not completed due to their incompetence and negligence, the whole team would be sat down and reprimanded for not helping the CEO pursue his dreams. The CEO would sporadically call meetings where he would push employees to share deeply personal information regardless of whether or not we were comfortable sharing. He completely disregarded any schedule we had in place, making it impossible to have a productive workday (This happened MULTIPLE times). He also shared wildly inappropriate sexual information about his relationships and would cry to us about it in these 5-6 hour meetings. He belittled real issues, including sexism, racism, and rape. Looking back, it was all a form of emotional manipulation. The CEO regularly preaches generic messages about self-development and teamwork; however, he fails to act on any of the information provided from these pointless speeches. Alongside the unaddressed micro-aggressions, we were repeatedly told that we would never be able to find a better job than this. When real issues arose in the company, the CEO simply had everyone sign an NDA and included himself personally in the contract. Instead of addressing any of the problems in the company and getting real feedback from both affiliates and employees, he simply gaslighted everyone who disagreed with him and wrote them off as "negative" and "bad energy." Being a social media personality, the CEO also used his platform to passive-aggressively belittle employees, ex-employees, and affiliates. While working there, I experienced many unethical business practices, including purchasing followers to appear to be a more trustworthy company and the writing of fake product reviews (literally drafted and approved in the office). Overall, Strong Physiquez is a manipulative work environment that lacks a real mission and parades around a set of core values that the CEO himself cannot uphold. The management is unprofessional, to say the LEAST, and lacks understanding of acceptable business practices.
