Pros

You will progress in your career if it is beneficial to them. But they will disregard you in order to save money if they can or recruit some cheaper.

Cons

What was once an organisation who cared for the workforce, now the Company has too many new Directors to the hierarchy trying to make their mark by any means necessary. A profit driven organisation, you will lose your job if they aren’t performing so they can meet the financial target put on them by private investors. All the good people have ‘left’, a family built organisation is no more.

Pros

Fair salary within the market banding

Cons

would strongly advise anyone considering working here to think twice. My experience with this company was extremely disappointing, largely due to poor management and a lack of basic professionalism. From the outset, there was little to no proper training or support provided. Expectations were unclear, yet employees were still held accountable for mistakes that could have easily been avoided with adequate guidance. Management appeared disorganised and unapproachable, often failing to communicate effectively or provide constructive feedback. More concerning, however, was the workplace culture. There were clear instances of unprofessional behaviour, including favouritism and what felt like targeted treatment of certain staff. Instead of addressing issues or supporting employees, management seemed quick to dismiss or push people out without fair process or explanation. This environment created a toxic atmosphere where employees felt undervalued and insecure in their roles. Over time, this had a noticeable impact on morale and, in my experience, contributed to a significant decline in mental wellbeing. A company’s success depends on how it treats its people, and unfortunately, this is an area where this organisation falls far short. Until there are major changes in leadership, communication, and employee support, I cannot recommend working here.
