Responsive to questions and a small degree of flexibility. Offers a small scale benefits package and good per diem rates plus hourly with guaranteed overtime

Sometimes communication is light. Coordination of new contractors needs a more comprehensive approach. Like motel room set up with notifications to motel, on company/client side, notice to Cheif operator of new contractors needs to happen.
