Great place to work. They save lives and are easy to work with. Company has an exciting growth plan.
Cons
Fast paced environment and not for everyone. A growing company is rewarding but also takes someone that can handle/manage change... this is only a con if you want the same routine job from 9-5. If you want a challenge then this is a place to come help grow the vision.
I agree with what others said about the so called interview. The owner babbled on about the history of his company only to reveal at the end that it was a 100% commission job. It was not advertised as such. Creepy and misleading.

The whole thing seems like a way to get salespeople to work for free until a sale is made.
