Like any company, Strix has its challenges, but it always puts its people at the centre of what it does. It reduced our working hours last year without reducing our wages, which actually meant our holiday entitlement increased too! We also get to finish early on Fridays which is such a benefit. They have also introduced an allowance for lower paid workers to help them with their bills. The company do a lot in the wider community too, and it is really conscious about its environmental impact and takes lots of action to reduce this.
