I have yet to come across one

Firstly I should say 4.5 day week is awesome. Secondly you feel that you are a part of a healthy environment which motivates quality work and customer service. The co workers are a delight to work with and the management is supportive. The rewards and recognition program is very effective and has led to high motivation levels for the associates.

I cannot think of any cons at this moment but yes a more competitive environment would be a plus
