Pros
Weekly pay They bribe you with game nights and "fun activities with your team, all OFF THE CLOCK of course You travel for the company so you can get disregarded and disrespected not just in your home state but in a VARIETY of states You are constantly encouraged by the leads when they tell you that if you roll a zero after having 60+ people tell you they're not interested, that its your fault for being lazy and not wearing a bigger smile on your face
Cons
The interview process does not reflect the actual job Be prepared to drive over 50 miles a day because the location chosen for your training is not in your best interest its your team leads best interest Be prepared to be told after you sign papers that being cussed out is a "right of passage" They have you do arbitrary games in their morning meeting where they forget about safety and leadership jokes about potentially getting a lawsuit after watching 2 of their team members slip and fall on the floor and then justifying the risks of how far they pushed their game for their entertainment with the conclusion that it was about the team members "not giving their all" Only half of their office is decorated and it looks like a place you show up to get abducted Prepare to be told to show up early just to be the first person to show up to an empty building with all the lights turned off and no leadership there Horrible leadership ethic Horrible preparation from management If you decide to leave, be prepared to have your check be withheld from you as their management dodges your calls and text Have a labor lawyer ready to call to protect yourself
