Pros

Invaluable information & unique work environment. Employees of all ages & backgrounds with a hustler's mentality towards business, along with full focus towards serving our veteran population. Strive Lending provides each employee with the necessary resources to be successful. You just have to be willing to put in the hard work! Great invest & return; opportunity to create a career path & continually expand your horizon.

Cons

With no prior experience or much knowledge of the banking/mortgage industry, I couldn't help but feel extremely naive when I first started.

Pros

Amazing company! I had no idea that it was a start up and what this industry was all about. I was interviewing for another mortgage brokerage firm and after much thought and consideration I decided to give Strive Lending a shot. All of the things I thought about while considering this job came to be true. Company culture is nothing like I have ever experienced in a professional environment. It's a work hard play hard kind of environment. If you put in the work you will be compensated beyond your wildest dreams. Everyone here is super nice and helpful. Upper management definitely wants to see you do good. They will train you and guide you every step of the way in order to make sure you succeed. It's an open door policy so you could talk to upper management including the CEO if you have any concerns. They treat you well and you get access to energy drinks and snacks through out the day. If you get a job offer with us you are honestly being offered a job at one of the best companies out there in an industry that is very lucrative.

Cons

I honestly can't think of any at this time. You just need to put in the effort and show that you are an asset to the team. What company wouldn't want you to be an asset though?
