Management are very pally with each other, one manager is even best friends with HR so impossible to raise any concerns, no progression, expected to constantly take on more work and not get paid more (Phone lines, Case management added to an Order job but no pay rise? Really unfair) Had a hybrid policy but constantly changing the rules on it, Manager is like a robot and uses ChatGPT in every response he sends, treated like children instead of adults. Has a people manager that openly says he’s not good with people? And the owner openly flirts with all the girls in the building.
