Pros

Opportunity to work remote or within the office

Cons

Horrendous work environment, even when remote. There is pressure on representatives instead of holding management accountable. Everything is poorly organized (onboarding, proper training, documentation, workflow, etc). The schedule isn't flexible, shifts rotate each month which effects work/life balance making it impossible and the working shift hours are unreasonable. Representatives aren't appreciated or respected and customers will always be first especially when disrespecting a customers service rep. If zero stars was an option for Overall Rating that would be my choice.

Pros

Continues to push forward, to be the best in the industry. Everyone is motivated towards the same goal. The environment is infections.

Cons

Currently I have no issues with the my employer.

Pros

Great people working there. Lots of work to do.

Cons

Amount of tech debt is staggering, puts a huge blocker on getting work done at any pace. Codebase on frontend is a huge inherited mess. Barely any time set aside to fix tech debt. No tests in place for anything frontend related.
