Pros
Fun, relaxed atmosphere but with the understanding that work comes first. The owner is very understanding when you have personal obligations (within reason of course) and has a superb rapport and level of trust with his employees. Employees here are definitely given the opportunity to take on new challenges, including training other employees or assisting with projects and program development. This company has a great clientele base, as well, and they place an unprecedented level of trust in Strittmatter and its employees.
Cons
No real complaints while I was there other than not having benefits, but I believe that has changed since I left.
