Not worth the headache - Paraplanner Strittmatter Wealth Management Group Employee Review

Fun, relaxed atmosphere but with the understanding that work comes first. The owner is very understanding when you have personal obligations (within reason of course) and has a superb rapport and level of trust with his employees. Employees here are definitely given the opportunity to take on new challenges, including training other employees or assisting with projects and program development. This company has a great clientele base, as well, and they place an unprecedented level of trust in Strittmatter and its employees.

No real complaints while I was there other than not having benefits, but I believe that has changed since I left.

Family-focused and team-centered culture, emphasis on encouraging a collaborative atmosphere. The sky’s the limit on upward mobility, and executive management not only encourages creativity and growth, but actively supports them as well. Frequent reviews are a plus. The people are amazing and work well together; mutual respect and striving to be the best you can be are top values, and it is apparent in all aspects of the company.
