Great company to work for - Anonymous employee Strippit Employee Review

For the most part, the people that work at Strippit are very nice, helpful and are team players. It is a somewhat small company relative to the cost of the products which lends itself to certain good to the company.

There were managers that felt that they knew more than the people under them, which in fact they did not. When this became known to everyone in the group, there was a consequences. There is NO room for advancement. Little to no pay increase over 3+ years.

You learn a lot very quickly, because you are usually very busy. Great if you have no outside life/family. Working with other departments is great and they are very nice.

very understaffed as a general business model. A lot of turnover, which leads to more instances of being overstaffed. Unrealistic expectations of 50+ hour work weeks and if you are salary this is the norm and not the exception.
