1. Lack values. I was interviewed for research scientist position. Upon relocating to seattle for this job, I was told that they only needed a coder and they gave that title to me because it was fancy! 2. Productivity is counted by the no of hours in the office, not by what you achieved. The CIO said I had to spend 10hrs a day because I was a "senior" person in the team. 3. They do not pay for relocation. 4. no respect for employees. I was old by a senior person that one of the employees I was talking to was not credible, because they had lifted her of the streets!
