Cons
Horrible company culture. Management have been told about employees concerns and nothing changes, its their way or the highway. Targeted to cold call at least 100 people a day which is a ridiculous target. They do not take into account other ways of building pipeline. High staff turnover and just fire people if they do not fit into their culture. No office banter. Expectation to start earlier and stay later when they don't pay you for it, otherwise in their eyes you're not a good salesperson. No job security. Training was awful. No shadowing, thrown in at the deep end and just expected to do well when being drip fed information about their products on sporadic training sessions which are constantly cut short.
