What can I say... hands down the best company I have ever worked for. From the interview process, to the training, to the support and development. I have never felt as valued as I do working for strike. I am trusted to work autonomously. I am encouraged to be myself. I am given as many training opportunities as I can ask for. The management are invested in individuals, we aren't meaningless numbers. I am so happy at strike.
Cons
None. It is a remote position, so some may find that difficult, but they do a lot to mitigate this and I have made some great friends, even though I have never met them in person
