After working in biggest MNC's for more than 8 years in Back office and Operations department, working with Strides Research has been a very different experience as in a span of 3 years I have been promoted to operation manager from senior researcher due to my quality of work.
Managing the entire office , interacting with clients on daily basis, Training and delivery quality work has been the top priority. Unlike the previous organisation where the exposure was little as there was multiple layers, but in strides you directly get to interact with the client, understand their requirement and work accordingly. Which in return benefits both, the client as well as the employee in terms of appreciation /perks and bonuses.
Working environment is not so stressed as it totally depends on meeting the deadline s which each company has and timings are flexible. Salary on time and employees received minimum 15-20 % hike which is great.
In terms of socialising, we keep having team lunch/Dinner,outing and B'day, Festival celebration.
Also the CEO is really supportive and helpful, especially in terms of female employees. I am really happy to work with Strides and look forward to grow with the company

Too much of exposure is given to employees, of which they take undue advantage.
