Free snacks, new labs with nice equipment, passionate scientists.
Cons
Company is seperated between different buildings, which means lack of cohesion. Hours are long, weekend work is expected, and work life balance is poor. Pay/benefits are on the low end for the field, and it's hard to take PTO. Management is disorganized and priorities are constantly changing.
